Bad customer service, bad work

I was very unhappy with the work I received from AAA Blinds of Lakeland. I had my sister waiting for them at the house when they showed up to do the work. The workers didn't bring ladders that were the correct height, and continued to do the work putting themselves in lots of danger. After the work was done we noticed they hadn't installed the tie-downs we had asked for, and when we mentioned this and asked them to install it they said that they weren't able to do the work. After I questioned them some more they begrudgingly did the install of the tie-downs. I would not use AAA Blinds again, and I do not recommend their services.

We apologize you were not happy with our installation process. We strive to do a great job for all of our customers and some time we fall short. 20' high installations are tough and most companies refuse to do them because they are difficult. We are not sure how our installers got the product installed if they did not have appropriate ladders. We are contacting them now to find out how the job was completed and about these issues. We also apologize that you had to ask a second time to have the hold downs installed. They are not used to installing them on a normal inside mount shades (since they are not needed). We wish the install could have went more smooth so we could have got a better review! Sounds like the right product did get installed the way you needed. We will be in contact to see if there is anything else we can do.
