In a world full of crooks, one company actually cares about the customer
I have had my experiences with banks when it comes to mortgages. My last mortgage was done through citi bank and to be honest I felt like I was getting screwed over. When I needed to refinance to pay for my son's college in U-Albany, I was recommended My Equity House. It's a small company but this review is about how they worked with me.
With most banks its cut and dry. You can cell the sincerity level of a loan officer. However, I spoke with Andrew, who is actually the President and he was more than kind and helpful. He actually saved me $20,000 when I refinanced. Even better, as a thank you note, he sent me a $25 gift certificate from Restaurant.com to a local restaurant near by.
I definitely will recommend this lender.
