When you come into Kreative Car's store and you have any problem with work done elsewhere or work done two years ago-they will fix it then and there. They don't make you schedule an appointment, they take care of it on the spot. On the rare occasion you have to make an appointment, they NEVER schedule you for more than one week away. Great company, really customer service oriented.
