The fellow Mandarin Carpets sent out to my home to fix soft spots in the floor was very pleasant. He did everything he could to resolve the issue, taking up part of the floor to apply an undercoating that firmed it up a bit. Having workmen in your home can be a stressful experience sometimes, but I was very happy with this gentleman and would use the company again.
