Very expensive with time spent inspecting the whole car when all we wanted was a simple repair after being towed in.

This vehicle arrived with the left front wheel falling off. The wheel was falling off because of damaged wheel studs and lug nuts. Almost without exception, the cause of wheel stud and or lug nut failure is service previously performed by unskilled or careless people or persons. This fact was compounded by the fact that the right front wheel studs and nuts were obviously new and recently repaired. Based on these facts, it is highly likely that the last person that serviced the right front wheel did not inspect the remaining studs and nuts. The result is self explanatory to most people, except the owner of the vehicle. We are compelled, in the interest of not only the safety of the operators of this vehicle, but the safety of other motorists who share the road with this vehicle, to assure this vehicle meets the standards of safety for the open road. Inadequate service would subject us to litigation, endanger the motoring public, and the driver of this vehicle. As Certified trained professionals, we refuse to perform incomplete or substandard repairs. This customer was provided with an estimate prior to us performing the service, and agreed to have us perform the service.
