I have been using Terry's Car Care for decades. All the way back to when "Terry" was there. I mean all the way back to the 1980's. There are several reasons why I keep going there. First, they just plain do great work. Second, they are both professional and knowledgeable, while remaining very friendly. Finally, they are very convenient. They are the only full service garage in downtown Madison. But, it is also a small, family type garage where they know you, and you get to know them. Will Sparks, the current owner is a great guy and he even lets me store a set wheel/tires there. Snow wheel/tires during the summer, and "summer" wheel/tires during the winter. I think you have to be a decades long customer to get that perk! When I buy a new car, and have a problem covered by warranty, I will take it to the dealer until the warranty runs out. But once the warranty runs out, that car is going to Terry's Car Care. They really take care of their customers, and go above and beyond for them!
