Well, I went into Terry's Car Care for a standard oil change filter on a 2015 Chevy Traverse, and that's what they performed and I'm satisfied. I'm a long time customer, and I like that they perform fine for what I need them for and I just choose to use them. I haven't had any trouble with appointments, and when time was a problem--as far as when to get in and when I needed it done--that was taken care of, too.
