Slow, lack of communication

I was recommended this place by friends who had fantastic experiences so maybe this was just an unlucky day. I had a flat tire around 12pm on a weekday and since this was the closet location, I went there right away. I guess I assumed they were able to complete the repair that day since it was either just a repair or replace the tire and they said they would call me after they make the assessment. I suppose I shouldn't have assumed, but I would have hoped they would have communicated to me that they didn't know if they could get to it or not. If I had known, I would have chosen to take my car elsewhere.

Thanks for your feedback. Based on our recollection (this service was performed approximately 3 months ago ) the car was dropped around noon as stated. We began the service at approx 2:15. After inspecting the tire, we determined it couldn't be repaired. We didn't have a replacement tire in stock, and the soonest we could procure the replacement tire was the next day. It is our recollection we notified you of the revised completion time when we contacted you to discuss the tire replacement. If we did a poor job, I apologize. If the tire was repairable, your car would have been ready that day. We realize our customers depend on their vehicles. We make every effort to provide service as quickly as we can. If the tire had been available, we could have had your vehicle done the same day. Thank you for your business in the past, and I hope you will try us again in the future.
