They were really, really good at Eagle Ridge Floors To Go. They put down a laminate floor, but I had changed my floor plan in the kitchen which required moving an island and matching up the laminate they had installed the year before. They came in and looked and figured out what they could do. The original laminate was available and they got everything in. We were waiting on the flooring so we could move forward with other things. As soon as the laminate came in, they sent out a young man who got everything put back together. I'm really pleased with the result, and it was a fun visit.

The initial time I had used them, the young man who helped me was the gofer. But at this point the original man had left, so he sent this young man in--who was very professional and did the work quickly. And it was fun to reminisce with him, too. He was very thoughtful, cleaned up everything well, and didn't leave a mess. He even managed to get everything to fit. We were concerned that we didn't order enough laminate but when all was done, I had a piece and a half left--and that was it. And I thought the cost was fair. I could have gone to a big box store but I like Eagle Ridge. There are good people there who gave me a good deal.
