I had a good experience with Not Just Carpet. Don Panzer was very personable and treated me very well. Their servicemen were also very good. They were professional, polite, and punctual. They installed a new floor for me.

There were only a couple of minor snags. I found a nail or piece of metal sticking out of the vanity when I went to clean the other day. The other thing dealt with the dust, which I know couldn't really be helped, but I wish I could have been warned. I ended up with a bunch of saw and cement dust everywhere, and even suffered from an allergic reaction. Other than that, I was very happy with my floor. The results are very pretty. I would recommend them.
