Great installation job but the communication could be better
I recently had some carpet laid by Not Just Carpet and the service people did a great job for me. They got the carpet done on time, and it looks like they did a very good job. However, I do not live in the property year around, and I am not sure the right carpet was installed. I think this could best be presented as a communication problem. I had to call the warehouse several times to see if the carpet had come in, and I think the warehouse people should have let me know when the carpet arrived without me making multiple calls. Then, I never got a photograph of the installation job. Someone forgot. So, I called again, and they were nice enough to go right over and get a photo for me. But, the carpet looks darker than what I ordered, and I am not sure the right carpet was installed. So now, I am awaiting a sample. I hope the problem is the photograph, and not the carpet. Like I said, they did a great job on getting the carpet laid, and working with the property manager. But the communication could sure use some improvement.
