I wasn't very happy about my experience with Not Just Carpet. The main problem was how the installation went, the showroom experience was fine. They originally said they would be at my home on Monday and then called to postpone the appointment. When they finally did send someone out it was only one person. The carpet was very heavy for him to carry on his own. He got tired of doing the work and as a result, the finished product did not look that great. I would not recommend them.
