My personal experience. I give 5 starts on all points because I have been working with them since April 2009 and they are slowly helping me to get out of debt.

Also because I am of my income I didnt have to pay as much for the fee for their service. My additional fee is only $2.00 a month as opposed to $19 a month which is what I thought it was going to be until they saw my earnings.

Care One is an excellent service they are also BBB Accredited, I would highly recommend their DMP (Debt Management Plan) to anyone that wants to get out of credit card debt. I was able to pay off one collection account already.

My interest rates dropped considerably below is exact info about my accounts and how much less the interest rate is.

Capital One

APR was 16.9% before DMP
APR with DMP 7.40%

HSBC Card Services
APR was 15.99%
APR is now 9.0%

HSBC Card Services
APR was 20.24%
APR is now 9.0%

Paypal Credit
APR was 20.80%
Now APR is lower (not sure of the % because it doesn't say on their
statement but they always adjust it the finance charge will show as for
example 8.32 charge then there is a credit adjustment of 6.32 something like
that.

Their customer service is always excellent.
