The guy who came from Mars Carpets/ Abbey Floors to install the floor did a very good job. The only thing I needed help with happened after the installation. The couch wasn't in the right place, so I moved it across the floor. There was a nail I didn't know about under the sofa that scratched the two-day-old floor. I called and talked to the installation guy who said he'd take care of it, no problem. He never showed up. We have plenty of leftover pieces for repairs but we just don't have anyone to do it. The lack of follow-up and attention to my concerns is upsetting. I have told my friends and family not to use Mars Carpets/ Abbey Floors.
