Jim and the crew at Mars Carpets/ Abbey Floors were great. They worked around our schedule, they were here when they said they would, and finished on schedule. Everything they said was going to happen was done and I have no complaints whatsoever. Due to a workmanship issue with a large retailer, we had water damage, which caused about 400 feet of laminate flooring that had to be removed and replaced. With their help, we decided to go with a completely different type of flooring - waterproof flooring. Jim and his co-workers were perfect! They were hard workers and they knew exactly what they were doing. There was more than one moment where I looked at what they were doing and asked myself, "I wonder how they're going to do that?" Sure enough, they pulled it off. I learned about them from my son who had used them in the past. When I told him about the damage he told me not to waste my time going anywhere else. If by any chance I need more flooring I will absolutely use them again.
