My first experience with Abbey Flooring and Design went very well, very glad that we decided to do the work with them. We were referred to them by my wife's sister, who also got some great carpet work done with them. We went to the showroom and picked out the type of carpet we wanted along with the design. Our salesman was very helpful throughout the whole the whole process and he was able to help us decide what we wanted. When they delivered the carpet and we finally saw it in person it wasn't exactly what we wanted... we let them know and they were very accommodating. They allowed us to pick a new carpet and did the installation as planned later in the week. Very happy with how everything turned out.
