Overall we were mostly happy with the work we received from Abbey Carpet of Petaluma, we have worked with them before in the past and they did some professional work so we decided to use them again. However, for this most recent job I believed they overpromised results to us a bit. The job took longer than they first told us it would take, I would attribute that to them being a little shorthanded and having to substitute members of the installation team along the way. They also didn't leave the job site 100% clean but overall the flooring looks great and we are happy with the finished product. I would still definitely recommend their services.
