This is the second time we have used ABBEY CARPET OF MOUNDS VIEW over the last fifteen years. We had them come out and do a carpet and tile install on a basement remodeling project. They did all the flooring in the unit - bedroom, bathroom, and living room. It was a really big job, and it turned out beautiful. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, the shopping experience was wonderful, and the in-house staff was just terrific! They helped us so much with the design phases, and we really couldn't have done it without them. They showed us some new product that we didn't even know existed. It was vinyl flooring with individual tile application. It looked great, and the tile layer like it so much upon completion that he said he was going to put that in his bathroom as well! We applied it over concrete, and sometimes that can be problematic, but it has been in close to a year, and there is no sign at all of any problems!
