Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug was a good company except for the very beginning. I was a little upset with the final quote and the person I talked to was not very nice to me so I let it go and got another person on the phone who was lovely. Then we went ahead with the order. Generally, they had good choices and the outcome was what we hoped for. The people who installed it had a bit of trouble moving everything and even cracked one of the bedposts. There was a lot of furniture to move and the gentleman was worried about where everything was going to go. He was concerned that things would be blamed on him and spread that anxiety to me. In the end, they came through and finished the job. They were a little wound up having to move everything. I would recommend them to others with some warnings and explanations of my experience.
