We have used Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug in the past, and earlier this month we had them out to install some new carpeting in our closet. In this closet, we have custom cabinets, so I'm sure it was hard to remove the old carpeting in order to install the replacement. As the installer was doing so, he wound up gouging the bottom edge of the custom cabinet. It wasn't bad, and that was the only issue, as the rest of the installation went well. The installer was very courteous and worked very hard to get that new carpet put in. It was a good experience overall, and we just went in to order more, so we will be using them again soon.
