My experience with Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug was excellent from beginning to end. I live in the area so I have known about them for years, which is why I called them when I needed three bedrooms of carpet installed. The person I spoke with at the store, I think it was Ron, was wonderful. So was the agent that came to my house to do the installation. He showed up in a white van, and although it wasn't new, it was nicely detailed and looked very professional, which was very comforting to me. It took him an hour less than what he had thought and made no marks or scratches throughout the installation process. It was so spotless that, when he left, it looked like he was never there.
They are a fantastic company that did such a good job. I work in business and it's rare when you find people who do exactly what they say they're going to do. They're a treasure and I'm very fortunate to have used them. I will only use them from here on out.
