We recently purchased some higher-end goods through Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug for one of our properties out in Florida. I think the quality that we received was middle to higher-end quality at best. The installers were amazing though. I found the pricing of the company to be high, but then we bought higher-end goods. I probably would recommend them and not sure if I would use them again.
