This was the first time that I had used Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug. We needed some carpeting throughout the house, so I talked to Earl who lived a few houses down from my wife in Buffalo. They came out to my home and installed the three rooms of carpeting, to begin with. The technicians were on time. I could not believe how friendly they were and so polite! They did such a good job and everything turned out beautifully. I am now waiting for Earl to give me a quote to do the rest of our house. I cannot wait to have them back as it was such a positive experience having them come in to do the project for us. We definitely will be recommending them.
