We bought a rug from them for our bedroom, and after a few months it matted down. We chose the wrong type of rug for the amount of foot traffic that room had. When we told them about it, they said that since we weren't satisfied they would apply the price from the first rug to the new one and we would only have to pay the difference. They came out right away and it all worked out fine.
