The owner was initially very helpful over telephone , offering one of his workers to come out separate from his store and his worker did. There was some language barrier and I needed call back this worker to correct a leak in plumbing work he did when restoring my bathroom. The owner did help me contact his worker again and even when his worker did not answer telephone but supposed to come out the owner helped me connect with him. There has been another hardship with contacting his worker . This time grout all around tub cracked and up corner of tiled wall installed. I have been told by other contractors I was to hire that it would be best go through who installed the tile work and tub and I did call the worker again. I was told the worker would be out on a Sunday morning and he no showed. I called and had continue calling but message says person not available. Another contractor told me he probably blocked my number. I have contacted abbey carpet two or three more times to help me get in touch with this worker I have not heard back from Bob or the owner who u left second message for . I literally wash hair in sink and cannot shower but bath until this grout is properlyrenoved and properly caulked . As I understand the owner did not have his worker on this job from store directly I am surprised that I have been ignored
