I had a great experience with Abbey Carpets & Interiors. I did shop around a little and their prices were competitive with other businesses in the area. They're located just two miles from my house, so location was important in my choice, but they did a wonderful job. The showroom experience was really positive. The salespeople were wonderful. They really listened to what I had to say about what I wanted, what I needed and what I could afford. They helped me to find something that was just right for my budget. I never felt pressured about purchasing any product. They followed up with me during the sales phase, but they were never pushy or obnoxious. Once I had decided on what I wanted, they moved to schedule the installation very quickly. They were able to to do it fast and they did a fantastic job working with me on scheduling within the window that was available to me. When the installation was going on, I went over and checked on them in the middle of the day and the workers were very respectful. They were also very efficient and completed the job in one day. They followed up with me to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction, which I appreciated. The whole process was very smooth. Their interdepartmental communication also appeared to be good and the salesperson coordinated everything with the installation technicians. The installation is seamless and I have no complaints at all. The carpet is beautiful and there are no flaws. They also cleaned up after themselves very nicely. They hauled everything away and vacuumed. I didn't even have to touch anything.
