I want to have a great review- everything started well when I first visited the store and picked my counter top...however, the process from there was really rough. Complete lack of communication, installed a cracked slab, were ridged on time of appointment when convenient for them but when I needed a specific day/time- they wouldn't set a time. They installed a cracked slab- shouldn't have been installed in the first place. But I can say- they did fix the problem and everything turned out fine. Just not sure if this is typical for all jobs they do or just happened to be my experience.
