All in all the process in purchasing counters was ok.
Personally did not feel the customer service was interested in wanting my business. I explain my needs and then told I could go over to the lot where pieces were kept. No offer to drive us in golf cart but told we could walk over. Temp high 90's or maybe in 100. My sister and I drove and picked out piece. etc.
Important thing I got counters in and very pleased with guys that installed them.
