Nice people but quality was poor

The owner was extremely patient and courteous to me. He gave us a great price on the quartz countertops we wanted. The delivery men were nice, but their straps on the quartz from their truck had nothing protecting the quartz from the tight straps. The strap marks are permanent. Which they were green and our quartz was white. They also used the island bar as leverage instead of picking the stone up properly, thereby tearing off the crown molding. This is a new construction home. He disconnected all the sink and garbage disposal and said I'd have to call a plumber to come reconnect it. All I got was an apology but they left and we weren't happy that there were blemishes all around the stone from straps and a mess of needing to now hire a carpenter and a plumber. I don't know if I would be able to recommend others to them.

Suzette,
I have called and left you 2 messages. I never received a call from you with any concerns. The marks on your stone were not caused by straps, but by the polishing pads we use and can easily be taken off. In fact they should have been removed by the installers. I would appreciate the opportunity to come handle this for you.

As for the plumbing, in the State of Texas, you must be a licenced plumber to connect plumbing. We put this on the first page of the quote, invoice, and final layout approval in which you received and approved all 3 forms. We wish we could perform this service for you, however, our insurance will not cover us performing this type of work.

As far as using the Island bar as leverage. On large pieces this is how quartz should be installed. You use the cabinet as a support to keep the piece from breaking and you lift it. I wasnt there so I'm not sure what your are refering to, but we use and perform standards from MIA, and the proper procedure is to use the cabinet for support.

I hope you can take the time to return my call. I personally worked with you several months to get your island that you wanted, and I want to make sure you enjoy your purchase. Please feel free to call me directly on my cell phone in which your husband has.

Thank you
