Product is good but Owner has an anger management issue

The planning and installation team work hard and do their best even when there are issues. Unfortunately the Owner has a short fuse over nothing and tends to lose his temper, yell and threatened us as customers.
It is really unfortunate that he spoiled the entire experience. Could not trust to do business with him again.

I went and tried to find out who this customer was. We have no record of this customer name, nor the email. It might be under the spouse's name and that is why I can't find it. The only time I have ever yelled at a customer in 26 years is when a customer got physical with one of our installers. This was a while ago and couldn't be this person writing the review.

I appreciate our customers and train our staff to let the customers know they can always call me directly. My wife and I are available to talk to customers any time. In construction issues come up from time to time and we are use to dealing with them and getting them resolved in a quick manner. Being the owner, it is usually my responsibility to take care of any issues. In this review, I just don't have any idea of whom this person is. We have so few issues, I remember whom I'm dealing with because I will personally visit the customers home and this case, I don't have any records of their name, email, or do I recall this person from memory.
