Fran and Bob were very knowledgeable and professional from the moment that we came into the store. Fran presented several good options based upon our preferences. The price that was quoted included the measuring, estimate, installation and the carpet itself. It's very unusual these days to have such an honest transaction like this. The two men that installed the carpeting were very professional and courteous. They removed the old carpet (and took it with them for disposal) and installed the new carpet within a few hours. The seams and the pattern matching are superb. My husband and I agree that this has been the best carpet purchase/installation that we have ever experienced.
