In all they provided a nice floor in engineered wood and the quality of the finish is first class. However, they were not the cheapest quote we got but I like to shop local - NOT ANYMORE! After agreeing a price $425 was added in for 'custom' trim and a further $450 for floor leveling (apparently they charge $80 per hr - I did the math it's >$165,000 a year for tipping out a bucket of cement,boy do I wish I were in that game and not stockbroking .....) - So very disappointed in all and they have already lost the 'upstairs' flooring job and our neighbors are looking elsewhere after our experience
