I handed Ciro a very difficult task. The black finish on my Porsche is notoriously soft and suffered from several visible scratches from being on the showroom floor. I took a drive to Ciro for an evaluation. Ciro professionally inspected my entire car, including the nooks and crannies under the hood, hatch and door jams. Though this is a brand new car, it became obvious that a dealer simply does not know how to best prep a car for delivery. Ciro explained exactly what the issues were, pointed them out, and described specifically what he would do to correct the problems. He will set expectations appropriately and take whatever time is required to get the job done. I left my Porsche with him for several days, and was simply amazed with the end result. I may never purchase a Porsche in standard black again, but while I own this one - Ciro is my go-to for annual detailing. Thank you Ciro for an excellent job well worth your fee!
