It wasn't Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings and it wasn't their salesman that threw me off about this job but it was the workers that they hired to come and do the work. I talked to them about that, so it was more the workers that they hired what was mediocre and not them.

Their actual service was great and they were very responsive when I asked them about things because they were laying tile. The young man was prompt in the morning and they just left early that day and left the job several days didn't coming back. Then, they didn't finish it in the week that we were hoping for. So, I don't think it was necessarily Hester's fault because it was really not them, even though I just went back today because I'm ordering carpet through them and they are going to give me a discount because of the young man that didn't finish some of the work in the back room.

The contractor workers are young and inexperienced which I understand but how would they know if we don't speak out? Hester's handled my issue very well and I hope that they are very cautions in the future when they use this contractor again. I have a lot of friends that use their service and they love them and it is a very different thing to only use them or having to also use contractors. They are great, but the contractors that they use are mediocre.
