I had an easy purchase using Robert at Hester’s.
We have been customers for years and when I needed to replace the carpet in our rental condo, Robert looked up when we had replaced it last (14 years we sure got our monies worth out of the last carpet we bought from Hester’s) so we had all the dimensions needed. He suggested a great new carpet pad that has plastic on top so spills,pet stains etc do not penetrate the pad so cleaned when carpet cleaned. Also you do not need to replace the pad every time you replace the carpet. Great idea! Sale and installation was efficient and well coordinated which is why we always come back to Hester’s.
