When I went in I told them in advance what my budget was, and they actually listened and did not try to upsell me or offer me carpet that was outside of my budget. They made quality suggestions based on what I said I wanted and then together we were able to find the perfect carpet. The installation went as smoothly as the sales process and the end result is incredible.
