The two people that I worked with from O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center, Monica and Robert, really made this an excellent experience. Monica helped me choose the carpet and honestly oversaw the whole process. She was very responsive, competent, and professional which made everything that much smoother. Robert, the young man who installed the carpet, was truly an expert carpet installer. He did an amazing job and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. A truly amazing experience.
