What O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center did was they put in a new hardwood floor in our library and they carpeted master bath, bedroom and closet and I have a third room scheduled when everything is settled.

The reason I loved them was when I started looking several years ago it was a frustrating experience, I knew nothing and couldn't get questions answered. So one day we were going by and we stopped at O'Krent's and Mike met us at the door and I told him I was looking for carpeting and hardwood and I know nothing. He gave me that education, I must have been in there over an hour and worked with him and got all kind of good suggestions. I thought I was going to go with them mainly because Mike took the time to work with me and answer my questions, I basically kept going back to them because of Mike and the good job he did.

Second reason is they did such a beautiful job installing everything I'm just actually more than pleased. Mike even helped select the colors and was right on on that. Everything came out just great.
