About 7-8 years ago, we used O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center to install flooring on our kitchen and laundry room. Recently, we decided to do the rest of the house. They came in, checked out our house, and helped us in picking good patterns. We had about 2-3 weeks of turmoil and chaos, moving things around, so they could install flooring in all the rooms. They installed this marble-looking tile in the entry way and home office, which is a good compliment to the Spanish-style that's in our kitchen. Throughout the rest of the house, they installed wood-grain ceramic, with herringbone pattern in all rooms, except the halls and bedroom, where it was a straight pattern. It's quality workmanship, and they went above and beyond our expectations. They hired a really good guy to handle the project, and it showed. At one point, my wife pointed out two tiles together, with the same pattern, so the guy took one tile out, and worked to change the tile pattern himself, so it wouldn't be a repeat. Overall it was a good experience, and I'm very satisfied about the work done.
