We own a condo building and we've used Foglio's for at least 3 projects there in the past for work in some common areas and within our condo. Recently they came out to do some carpeting and a bit of flooring near the main door and put some carpeting down on the stairways in a common hallway of the building, and last January we had a couple of bedrooms done. Their prices are good and their service is good, the workmanship is consistently great, we've never had any problems with Foglio's. Their scheduling is fine, they usually have to wait for us to be ready to make an appointment. We're happy with our experiences with Foglio's, they're great to work with! Highly recommend them.
