I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Carpet World. I used them about five years ago when my game room was first built and I am now using them for my entire house. I love the service I receive there.

First of all, they are very knowledgeable. Mike, who is the owner, John, and Laura, the girl who does a little bit of everything, all three people in the showroom are knowledgeable of the products and very helpful. When I was there, they were able to give pros and cons for each product I was considering. They did not hurry me at all, they acted as if they had all the time in the world to help me. What I'm trying to say is that they are all quality people, people who really know their stuff.

Charles was the person who installed the carpet in all of my bedrooms. Charles has been with the company for twenty-five years and he is fantastic at what he does. Before he left, he made sure to clean up everything. When he came home, my husband brought out the vacuum cleaner to clean the carpet and, to our surprise, the container that holds the dust and bits that are brought up through the vacuum, was empty; Charles had taken every spec of everything with him.

Next month, we will be having beautiful hickory hardwood floors installed. Our study, living room, dining room, kitchen, and fireplace area will all have hardwood floors.

I enjoy working with the Carpet World team because there are so many products to choose from that if you don't have someone to rely on to be truthful with you, you may just waste your money. You need to have someone trustworthy giving you honest information about the products when spending this kind of money. Other than their excellent service, their prices are reasonable, they have a beautiful showroom, and they are easy to get to.
