I contacted Excel in order to get my carpets cleaned, and learned that they had a vent-cleaning service they offered as well. I opted for both services, and am very pleased with the job they did. The cleaner was flexible about the "areas" that were cleaned, and also helped me to move furniture. He was informative about the process and also helped me figure out the best way to get my carpets to dry. As luck would have it, not 4 days after they cleaned one of my critters had an accident. They were able to fit me in within 24 hours and took care of the problem. Would recommend this company to anyone!
