I had a pet cleanup emergency during the middle of the night which left me overwhelmed on how to clean it correctly. One call to Excel and they were here within the hour. They explained the treatment they performed step by step. The machine and technique Mike used went down through my carpet pad and the surrounding areas. Not only is the disaster gone, there is no smell and my carpet looks brand new. Best news is that I don't have to replace the carpet and/or pad!
