We called Mike on a Saturday morning due to a major carpet spill the night before. He scheduled us for that same day and when his crew could not get to us, he personally came to our home to do the job. He spotted at no charge, pre-cleaned the carpet and then steam cleaned it. I was amazed that he pre-cleaned sprayed the carpet as I don't recall other carpet cleaners ever having done that. He also spotted along the way during each step in the process. He then looked at other areas of our carpet and provided advice for future care. Finally, the charge for the three areas cleaned, was as stated in the quote. There was no attempt to sell additional services and no additional charge for the spotting. I will use Excel again and wholeheartedly recommend Excel to my friends, neighbors and to you.
