Hello, we were 100% honest and upfront with our pricing to you over the phone according to the information that you gave us. When we arrived at your house, you had 3 more areas of carpet to clean than what you told us on the phone. You agreed to the price before we even started the carpet cleaning, and you were thrilled with the results. We even included the 3 step pet urine treatment at no additional charge. It's completely unfair for you to call us dishonest after you agreed to the price in person during the walk through. We offered to let you get another company, but you said he wanted us. I’m sorry you feel that way.
