After a sleepless night dealing with a smoke alarm going off every couple hours, I contacted TLC Electrical via their website and explained the problem via text. Within a few minutes, my request was acknowledged and then a second text letting me know a technician was on the way. The problem was fixed quickly (worn out battery in a hardwired detector) and he even offered to change the batteries in the other units! I will use TLC in the future!
