The technician was wonderful so no fault to him. They charged me $292 just to check what I thought was a faulty light switch causing my ceiling fan lights to be intermittent. That was after giving me credit for a coupon that supposedly waived the service call charge. The technician was there for about an hour and didn't replace any parts. By deduction, my switch checked out fine and the problem was determined to be in the light kit of the fan. I later found a you tube video that describes the light kit problem exactly and shows how to fix it. I have no problem paying a reasonable fee, but charging $292 to just check out a light switch is just stealing.
