We had an urgent electrical issue on a Sunday evening. I called various companies and out of all of them TLC had the best time to service. Others wanted us to wait 3-4 hours before someone could make it out but TLC was able to do it within a 1-2 hour max window. The electrician was knowledgeable and fixed the issue. Overall great from a service and reliability standpoint. The only thing that was not great was the cost. They charged $199 just to come out which is much higher than other companies. And for replacing the breaker, they charged us an additional $200 on top. When someone is in a tough situation like we were, there isn't much room for negotiation, however, we did not feel the pricing was at all "fair" considering a breaker costs only $20 at Lowes. Even with a labor fee on top, it should not have been more than $75-100. Overall though, we were in a bind and TLC helped us quite a bit and were reliable for a Sunday evening. I would recommend them overall as a company, as the service was truly great.
