I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how awesome Jenna Brink was. She by far has the best attitude of any front desk reception I have ever had the pleasure to come across. That lady really knows her stuff! From start to finish she kept me well informed and made me feel at ease in a situation that can be fraught with miscommunication and the unknown. She was able to answer all my questions quickly and with authority that really demonstrated just how well she knew her job. I left feeling like I was someone that mattered as a customer. I will be telling everyone to go to Tualatin Auto Body not only for their superior quality repair but for the wonderful staff they have as well.
