The workers working behind the counter are not very helpful, and do not hide the fact that they do not enjoy their job. On one occasion, my friend's tanning account was deleted, and the worker didn't offer any sympathy or reimburse the lost tans. The overall price for this chain is, however, better than the average tanning salon, and often has coupons and specials in the paper.
